We assess the current condition of the boat, the type of deck in place (if any) and the technical details. This allows us to plan the work with precision.
We remove teak, cork or other deck materials using specialised tools, taking the utmost care with the boat’s structure. If the surface is original gelcoat, this step is omitted.
We clean, repair and seal the base. Holes are filled, surfaces levelled and the area is prepared to ensure proper adhesion of the Flexiteek.
Accurate templates are made for all areas: decks, platforms, steps and curves. This guarantees a perfect fit without errors during manufacturing.
Each section of Flexiteek is cut, joined and prepared according to the chosen design and colour. We ensure correct alignment, joints and finishes.
The Flexiteek is bonded using professional marine adhesive, edges are sealed and every detail checked. We complete with a full clean and inspection, leaving the deck ready to enjoy.
